For those

of us who

maybe were

there, or

possibly not,

but who keep existing in our hearts of notes,

the park corner is the cornerstone of dreams,

the wall to which we lean the baggage of our lives,

the door to

a reality

that just

then we were

discovering

and that deep

down keeps

being true

to us : our

gaze gets

lost in a

past that

is still

present,

the bricks

of our certainties keep supporting us, embraceable

posts that we

leave behind

running toward

that ever-

present dream

like a pond

whence to

draw our

nourishment :

Jagger asking

for Shelley’s

help in

singing

Brian Jones,

(O, weep for

Adonais ! ),

but even

before that

Chapman

and Family,

and Roy

Harper, hats

off to him,

and the

Crimson King

with his court,

and not more than a year later, at the mythical Hall, the Zeppelin’s flight that foreshadows its majestic ascent on the stairway to heaven.
